Aussie Tourism Billboard – Get High, Get Wet And Get Laid

The town of Mission Beach, Australia is a hub for whitewater rafting, skydiving and diving on the Great Barrier Reef – but local business owners have come up with this novel billboard marketing campaign to attract backpackers who often book the activities in nearby Cairns and bus in and out for the day.

The message is simple – Get High, Get Wet And Get Laid at Mission Beach.

The cheeky ads haven’t gone down well with everyone in the town, especially Business and Tourism boss John Hill who says he does not want “an Airlie Beach party town reputation” for his home town which also depends on a strong market in families and older couples.

Those billboards are anything but family friendly.
