PC World Voted Worst Place To Buy A Computer

PC World

Britain’s biggest computer retailer PC World has received a poor score in a new customer satisfaction survey conducted by the consumer magazine Which? Computing.

It was voted least helpful store, getting 42 marks out of 100 for service and customer satisfaction.

Consumers were also concerned that many of the staff working in the big chain are not very knowledgeable themselves – yeah, that sounds about right.

PC World said yesterday: “We are extremely disappointed with the results”. It added that a training programme to improve service was now in place.
