Champions League Last 16 Match Previews

Tonight sees the first of the second leg ties in the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League, and there are some great games ahead.
The djmick household will be tuning into the Bayern Munich game with the German giants going up against Sporting Lisbon with an advantage of five away goals. The only question unanswered in that match is will Jurgen Klinsmann play a full strength squad after such a big win in the first leg?
Liverpool and Chelsea both take one-goal leads into the second legs of their Champions League last-16 ties.
Reds boss Rafa Benitez is due to make a late decision on the fitness of Fernando Torres for their home tie with Real Madrid. Yossi Benayoun, however, has definitely been ruled out of the game.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink says Michael Essien could start for the Blues in their meeting with Juventus in Turin. Ricardo Carvalho is also fit to take part after being out of action since Janaury, but Nicolas Anelka is doubtful for the tie.
In tonight’s fourth game we have Panathinaikos taking on Villarreal. Para are in pole position to secure their place in the quarter-finals after the 19-times Greek champions secured a 1-1 draw in the first leg at El Madrigal, meaning a goalless draw will be enough to see them through.
