Photo Special: Gymnastics Doesn’t Look Fun

A gallery with 20 pictures from the women’s gymnasts at the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships 2009 taken at the O2 Arena in London.

Back in September I featured a collection of photos from the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships and to be honest, I have no idea what the difference is between these two competitions.

One thing I do know is this – gymnastics is not the best sport in the world to photograph as for as the competitors are concerned.

It does themno justice what so ever. In fact it makes them look completely ridiculous most of the time. Quite a few faces in these pictures look as if they are in serious pain.

It’s not a pretty sight…

  If you don’t have idea what gymnastics is about. Please stop writting this stupid blog. Gymnastics is not only a fun discipline, is one of the most important in the whole wold. Please don’t be a dumass.

  The difference between the two competitions is what I didn’t understand, not gymnastics.
