Hilary Duff Joins The Gossip Girl Cast!

Singer and actress Hilary Duff is apparently soon going to be joining the cast of Gossip Girl! Fans of the show would have already spotted a few famous names making an appearance, such as Michelle Trachtenberg (Dawn from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) who reprised her role of the scheming Georgina in recent episodes.

Let’s hope Hilary Duff’s character is just as good! She will play Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrols at NYU looking to experience the traditional college experience and ends up sharing a room with Vanessa (Played by Jessica Szohr).

Hilary will make her first appearance airing on October 5th and whilst we’re not quite sure if it is set to be a regular role it will be great to see what she brings to the show and how her character will be developed!

It can’t be a bad job having to work with Chase Crawford, Ed Westwick and co really though can it?!
