Day 11 In the BB House

I don’t know, maybe its just me but for some reason this years BB is just not living up to my expectations. I’m still waiting for something awesome to happen and it has yet to do so, I know we still have a while to go yet but I can’t quite get into it as much this time round. It just feels like it is lacking something!

Today has seen quite an amusing 24 hours in the Big Brother house if nothing else, with Marcus and Lisa kicking things off by calling a truce on their previous argument things quickly move on to an argument between Angel and Rodrigo who are at loggerheads about the ‘Hunger strike’ Rodrigo says that Angel’s positive attitude towards not eating for 3 days is bad and I must say, I agree!

The housemates were set a task, they had to dress up as flowers and dance for as long as they could in their own little flowerpots, resembling those cheesy musical dancing flowers from the 80’s that we all loved. They passed the task easily!

Whilst the other housemates were busy Kris and Charlie decide to play a trick on Halfwit, they tell him they are going to play hide and seek, and leave him hiding on his own for about half an hour in the bedroom! This reminds me of those classic schoolboy pranks that arise out of complete boredom, and although halfwit was onto them halfway through he decided he may as well play along just for something to do, and to try and get a nap in his hiding place behind the bed.

The most awkward bit of BB viewing of the series so far came when Sree declared his ‘love’ for Noirin. The poor girl took it very well, but kept desperately looking towards the door for one of her fellow housemates to come and save her. No-one came…

Judging by the look of things this year, that might be as close as we actually get to a real Big Brother romance!
