The Apprentice James Lands Dream Job

One of my favourite contestants from The Apprentice this year James McQuillan has recently been offered his dream job according to The Sun Newspaper this week.

James, who is a keen horse racing fan has been doing some screen tests for horse racing presenting. He says “I’m doing some screen tests now, but the plan is to have a regular slot on a racing show”

He is a big fan of racing legend John McCririck (Well, someone has to be I suppose) and I can really see him getting on well and bringing a bit of comedy to this job if it actually goes ahead.

After the famous ‘Birthing Pool’ scene on The Apprentice James is also going to be writing a book on Parenting, weirdly! He says that his hilarious efforts endeared him to publishers. Quite who is going to buy a book on parenting by James I’m not sure, but I hope it all goes well for him.

We definitely need to see more of James on our screens one way or the other, so let’s hope that this is the first of many career opportunities for him!
