Zooey Deschanel Weds Ben Gibbard

Zooey Deschanel and the lead singer of ‘Death Cab for Cutie’, Ben Gibbard tied the knot in a ceremony held near Seattle on Saturday, September 19, Us Magazine reports.

The couple dated for almost a year before getting engaged in the end of last year. A source told Us Weekly at the time, “Zooey was swept off her feet, and Ben is so excited”.

Zooey would be starring in the upcoming fantasy comedy flick, ‘Your Highness’, which is set to be released in October 2010.
