Scarlett Johansson To Make Her Broadway Debut

Scarlett Johansson will be starring in the stage revival of Arthur Miller’s drama “A View from the Bridge”, later this year. The 24-year-old star would appear opposite actor Liev Schreiber.

The show previews on December 28 and will run for 14 weeks.

Liev will play the role of the dockyard worker who lives with his wife Beatrice and orphaned niece Catherine, to be portrayed by Johansson. His feelings for Catherine, however, develop from protective and paternal into something more than filial as the play develops.

Last month Scarlett released her second album, Break Up, with Pete Yorn.
