Lindsay Seeking Restraining Order Against Michael Lohan

Lindsay Lohan may be seeking a restraining order against her father, Michael Lohan. A source told People that she “is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyers have already been contacted”.

Lindsay’s dad is concerned that his daughter has become addicted to prescription drugs and he now wants to do “anything and everything” to save her life.

This weekend Michael told the photo agency X17, “I’m going to see the judge this week…If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping.”

The source added, “She’s scared. This is really serious.”
