Ben Affleck Dishes the dirt on Jennifer Lopez

It was one of the most talked about celebrity relationships when Ben and Jen got together in 2002 after starring in the movie Gigli (that no-one remembers) and now finally Ben has began to spill the beans about what their relationship was really like.

In a recent interview the star is quoted as saying:

“I was no longer in control of my life. I thought I wanted certain things, but I didn’t. I got lost. I felt suffocated, miserable and gross. I should never have gone down that route or got sucked in to all the publicity.”

He continues…

“I was typecast as myself. Too many people weren’t getting past what they read about me. That was damaging.”

Now in a seemingly more stable relationship with actress Jennifer Garner, the couple have two adorable daughters Violet (age 3) and Seraphina (age 6 months) and it seems Ben can well and truly put the past behind him.
