Coldstream Guards play Thriller at Buckingham Palace

Tourists visiting Buckingham Palace in London this past Wednesday (July 1) were treated to a Coldstream Guards remix of Michael Jacksons Thriller.

This video footage, captured by a tourist, shows forty drummers, trumpeters, clarinet and trombone players practising their routine at The Queens official residence.

An MoD spokesman said was NOT a tribute to Jacko as the band had been performing the piece throughout their summer events calendar.

  This is not Buckingham Palace – looks nothing like Buckingham Palace. It is Wellington Barracks just around the corner next to St James’ Park. They often play some funky tunes when they are bored.
