Bon Jovi Announce O2 Arena Residency

Rock act Bon Jovi are to join the likes of Prince and Britney Spears by playing a residency at the O2 Arena in London next year.

The band have not revealed the length of their run, but it is expected to rival the 21-date string of shows which Prince played in 2007.

The residency starts in June next year and tickets go on sale on 30 October.

The band are lined up to appear on the X Factor November 1 and will take the contestants under their wing, giving the hopefuls a few tips.

They will also perform their new track “We Weren’t Born to Follow” live on the show.
