Prince of Persia Sands of Time Artwork

Prince of Persia Sands of Time is directed by Mike Newell and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Ben Kingsley, Gemma Arterton and Alfred Molina.

Set in the mystical lands of Persia, Prince of Persia Sands of Time is an action-adventure about a rogue prince (Gyllenhaal) and a mysterious princess (Arterton) who race against dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time – a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world.

The movie is scheduled for release sometime around May 2010.
