Police Brutality In India (5 Photos)

A report published this week by Human Rights Watch documented police abuses in India that included arbitrary arrests, torture and cold blooded killings.
India allocates only 1 officer per 1,037 citizens, compared with an average of 1 per 333 worldwide, putting the officers under crippling pressure from their superiors to solve crimes.
The images shown here were captured by an eyewitness to a cold blooded murder carried out in broad daylight by police officers on the streets of India.
The official version is of the incident states the young man was a member of a separatist terror group who had resisted arrest and was shot.
Other accounts of the shooting say the officers crowded around him to hide from the eyes of passers-by and killed with terrifying composure. They then carried the body to a nearby police car.
From what the photos reveal there seems more truth to the eyewitness version of events.

THIS IS TOTALLY A PROPOGANDA DONE BY CHINA/ISI TO MISLEAD THE WORLD. WE BELIEVE IN PEACE ONLY. SECONDLY THESE ARE NOT THE INDIAN ORIGIN PEOPLE SEEM FROM THE FACE, NOT EVEN THE TRUCK THAT SHOWN IN THE PICTURE, SEEM TO BE OF INDIAN ORIGIN.
wtf? this ain’t india. it’s thailand. look at the second last photo. look at the words. those are thai words. and indian policemen don’t wear that uniform. i hope the autor is humble enough to admit his mistake.
What!???? are you for real you jackass….
Sultan that was inspiring.
The pictures are seemed to be taken from the North-East province of Manipur of India, where such incidences occurred sporadically during the last half decade. The police dresses are surely of Indian colour -’Khaki clothes’. Separatist activities prevailed in the province, as far as the news flashes. The writings in the hoarding/signboards are also Manipuri-like.
Keti, thanks for sharing your insight.
