The Post Election Streets Of Iran

Following Iran’s Presidential Election, Tehran and other cities have seen the largest street protests and rioting since the 1979 Iranian Revolution.

Suspicions of voter fraud led to protests that quickly turned violent with Iranian security forces and militia members responding with force and arrests.

Meanwhile, thousands of Iranians who were happy with the election outcome staged their own victory demonstrations resulting in clashes in towns and cities throughout Iran.
