Lockerbie Bomber Dies – Updated: False Alarm

Updated: Megrahi’s Scottish lawyer says he is alive, despite reports that he was dead and that the information out of Tripoli earlier today were false.

It’s being reported that Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi has died at his home in Lybia, aged 57.

His death comes just two months after he was freed from a Scottish prison on compassionate grounds after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

As the only man to be convicted of killing 270 innocent people, the bottom line is he should have died in Greenock Prison.
