Stefania Fernandez Crowned Miss Universe 2009

It was Venezuela’s sixth Miss Universe crown in the 59-year history of the pageant after Stefania Fernandez successfully fended off competition from contestants from 83 countries.

Gorgeous Stefania was born on September 4, 1990 in Merida, Venezuela of Russian, Ukrainian, Galician and Polish origin.

She might be a bit of a mongrel but she’s no dog.
